Activities are the building blocks of automation processes that are explained in a detailed manner with examples.

It is categorized based on business processes. A user can use activities from several categories and add unlimited number of activities to the Sequence in order to be able to automate the required business process.

     Note: 

         For more information about Sequence, go to Workflow Types.

For example: if the user wants to automate sending & receiving email process, use Mail activities; or send email as a part of the automated business process.

     Note: 

         User can use as much as required Activities from several categories in a Workflow.
